These stud earrings with a butterfly fastener have been made by moulding silver clay on a fossil my children found at Robin Hoods Bay many years ago. The clay is dried and then fired leaving 99.9% silver. The gold pair have been given a thick layer of gold plate by a local craftsman here in Sheffield.
