This necklace has been made by firstly sand casting a vintage rope button which I found and loved. I then had a mould made of the casting so that I can reproduce it. The pendants are cast in recycled silver and the gold plated ones are given a thick layer of gold by a local craftsman here in Sheffield. They are strung on an 18 inch chain.
