The one-of-a-kind pendants for these necklaces are made using silver clay onto which fragments of shells have been imprinted. The clay is then left to dry and fired with a gas torch to leave 99.9% silver. They are strung on an 18 inch chain and the gold pieces have been gilded here in Sheffield with a thick durable layer of gold plate.
